ROLE:
* To work with the management team to manage total shift operations within an assigned restaurant maximising sales and profitability.
* Maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and restaurant cleanliness
* To complete daily paperwork on recording sales, stock, staff hours, payroll information and cash control.
* Monitor service quality in terms of ordering procedures and order accuracy of front counter staff.
* Resolve customer complaints/queries promptly.
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in effective absence management methods and take appropriate disciplinary action. Provide and encourage on-the-job training and coaching.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* previous experience of managing a diverse team of people in a high-volume, fast-paced, quick service restaurant environment.
* Knowledge of the standards and structured processes required to work within a globally recognised brand.
* An awareness and previous experience of the financial controls required when running a unit – cost control and P&L reviews.
* Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing your team to deliver against financial and SOP targets.
With your Management experience in branded retail catering, (specifically in a ‘fast food’ or ‘quick service restaurant’ chain).
