Job purpose: Part Time (20 to 25hrs) Book keeper in the Kings Hill/Mereworth area, Kent
Salary subject to experience
• Sage Credit control with sole responsibility for the debtors ledger
• Allocation of payments received
• Processing Sales ledger invoices
• Build and maintain effective relationships/communication with clients
• Update the Sage accounts system with all correspondence and communication with clients
• Assisting with reconciliations
• Financial Month-end Reporting
• Assisting with Year End procedures
• Have knowledge of bought ledger Including the following
Key-result areas:
• Effective credit control
• Timely billing process
• Effective cash flow
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Technical Experience:
Demonstrate a working knowledge or understanding of the following:
• Sage
• Good customer service skills
• Experienced within a similar role
• Experience using MS Office, 2000, XP, MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer

• Very good written and spoken English
• Excellent Co-ordination, Organisational Skills
• Self-motivated

we are looking for a person to collect payments on our behalf for our business.

Job Role
The role consists of:
•Day to day bookkeeping – purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
•Reconciliations

•VAT returns Tax Returns and CT600.
•Accounts to Management Accounts and Statuary.
•Expenses
The successful candidate will have working knowledge of the above and MUST have used Sage line 50 at advance stage & QuickBooks and strong English oral and Written Skills. Can work at clients unsupervised.
Where specific UK qualifications are required, ICB and AAT.

We are a progressive company and are looking for an accounts person to assist with day to day accounts procedures with added responsibility to manage and or deputy manage various elements of the accounts department.
