A small but rapidly growing company seeks a Fund Accountant to join full time; the ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of funds and to assist with aspects of compliance. Main duties will include:
Preparing year end statutory accounts and audit file for submission to the auditor.
Monthly management accounts when requested.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors on returns and filings.
Reviewing legal documents and agreements.
Agreeing fund expenses.
Calculating Net Asset Valuations, investor distributions and profit allocations.
Preparation of annual reports.
Building client rapport.
Processing Investors transfers
Ad-hoc duties.
Required attributes:
Good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
Attention to detail.
AAT qualified or similar.
Previous Fund Accounting or Fund Administration experience.
Salary:
£20-25k dependant on experience + benefits
