This is a self employed vacancy. We are looking for bright individuals to join our highly performing sales team. This role involves allot of cold calling so if you are scared of the word no this isnt for you. All training wil be provided on site and wages are negotable. You will be working for a stationery provider selling to end users. You will need to be opening 15-20 accounts per month which is easy to achieve.

Basic Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 per annum negotiable
Commission: £250 for hitting issue target and £250 for hitting digital sales target plus 20% of everything sold over target

The Role:
This role will suit a sales professional with a proven track record in hitting sales targets and deadlines, preferably within a publishing / media sales environment. You should demonstrate a confident and professional approach, and be self-motivated and results driven.
Main Role Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed all individual sales targets, through the development of new and existing client relationships.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for Manager.
• Adhere to all target deadlines and production schedule deadlines.
• Ensure that all company policy and procedures are followed throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure that all necessary administration is carried out in a timely manner.
• Grow our existing digital and website activity
• Maintain a high level of commercial awareness within the relevant marketplace and provide market intelligence / competitor information to your Manager.
• Attend client events as and when necessary to network and build relationships.
• Attend exhibitions to meet with clients and represent the magazine.
• Manage your career ensuring that your appraisals and personal development meetings are carried out in a timely manner, and that you work to achieve your objectives.
Experience / Skills Required:
• Extensive sales skills (predominantly telesales but face-to-face useful).
• Ability to carry out competitor and industry research.
• Experience of dealing with clients at a high level.
• Excellent demonstration of communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Industry knowledge useful.
