The Role: PPS are an established Business Transfer Agency based in Essex. We specialise in the marketing and sales of all types of Leasehold and Freehold Businesses including Cafes, Restaurants, Take Aways, Newsagents, Convenience Stores, Florists, etc Due to expansion we are now in a position to offer exciting opportunities to Field Listers/Valuers looking to break into or continue their career in this financially lucrative industry. Whilst you will be given leads, you will be expected to generate your own. Typically you will spend 1 to 2 days working from home or from our office generating leads, setting appointments and running your own diary. The remainder of your time will be spent on the road visiting vendor clients, valuing their businesses, advise and guide them of their selling options and ultimately sign them up to market their business through PPS. If you enjoy a challenging, fast paced environment and are an ambitious individual, preferably with relevant property experience, you might be interested in this opportunity – facilitating business sales and acquisitions. The Person: You will have the desire to provide exceptional standards of service, and build lasting relationships with vendor clients that should never diminish. Accuracy, patience, attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism are some of the qualities that will be expected of the right person. In addition to being highly self-motivated with a competitive desire to take responsibility for you own income you will need to be highly organised and able to prioritise and plan your time, so as to maximise your efforts. Preferred Skills: • Experience of making your own appointments • Field Sales experience • Working to sales and revenue targets • An ability to push yourself to win new business • A confident and clear telephone manner Personal Attributes: • Ability to communicate at all levels at all times • Ability to work alone and run your own diary • Be able to push yourself to win new business • An ability to close deals. • Motivated to achieve high sales revenues and achieve exceptional bonuses. Experience within the Property Industry is desirable however a sales background is essential. Candidates must have a driving license and their own transport.
