Nhs organisation in the Sussex area seek Senior Clinical Coder Clinical Coding Team Leader with experience in mentoring and supervising a team of Clinical Coding professionals for a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. We are looking for an experienced Clinical coder covering various specialities using Icd10 and Opcs 4.5. The successful candidate will have experience in Team Leading must be confident to mentor new coders attend meetings answer coding queries and other general team lead duties and ensuring all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have led a team of Clinical Coding staff at various experience levels and have a track record of mentoring and supervising candidates at all experience levels. The Trained Trainer qualification along with experience delivering training would be a strong benefit. The Trust are more than happy to consider a candidate looking to make the step up to Team Leading or Management providing you can demonstrate the ability to give a team of mixed experience levels the direction they need to succeed.
