A beautiful country house hotel is currently looking for a qualified head pastry chef to work in this large kitchen. The hotel is a 4 star hotel and currently has a fine dining restaurant it has a reputation that exceeds itself. As head Pastry chef you will have full control of the pastry section and your team you will be making all breads pastries cakes within this section. The ideal candidate must have experience within a hotel environment and be able to demonstrate this. Salary is Â?25k plus accommodation and benefits
