Sous Chef New Openings Top quality fresh food traditional Pub 26000 package Openings in the following areas requiring Head and Sous Chefs Cheshire Surrey Hertfordshire West Sussex and East Sussex This group are currently on the acquisition trail and will be opening various sites throughout the UK in 2010 and will be looking for chefs of all levels. They are a collection of fabulous individual Pubs where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic Modern European menu of which you will have full input. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Junior Sous Chef looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
