We are now seeking temporary part-time in-store sales consultants makeup artists to join our growing company (to work Saturdays only) Responsibilities include Being proactive in consistently increasing and improving the sales performance of myface.cosmetics in your allocated store Confidently stopping traffic and engaging people with the brand through effective sales and makeup techniques Carrying out makeovers on customers identifying their needs demonstrating and recommending suitable products Recommending appropriate link products to promote cross selling and increase overall sales Enlightening customers of the ethos of the brand and developing a relationship with our customers Identifying loyal and regular customers and promote repeat sales Supporting all marketing web and in-store promotions to drive sales performance and enhance brand image Ensuring all display units are well stocked cleaned and testers in place. Providing exceptional customer service Producing weekly reports on store sales and individual performance Developing and building close relationships with other retail staff and making sure they are all trained up on the how to sell the brand. Requirements are It is a must that you posses the ability to sell with confidence in traffic stopping Just like the brand must be cool on-trend and very stylish Fun outgoing and sociable Passionate about colour cosmetics and our brand Must have excellent communication skills Experience in makeup retail desirable but not essential Artistically inclined and appreciates colour and beauty Imaginative innovative and shows initiative Friendly patient and tactful in dealing with our customers Keenness to learn and experiment with original and creative ideas.
