Our flagship Equality Diversity Inclusion resources are in use by many of the UKs leading private and public sector organisations. We are looking for two dynamic and driven Telemarketing Assistants to join our fast growing team. The role invloves speaking with senior Hr training professionals about our products and services encouraging them to take free online previews of our courses or to take a meeting with one of our Account Managers. You will receive training on our products and services as well as our online systems. You will have a confident bright and vibrant but professional telephone manner the ability to construct clear concise and accurate email communications and be computer litereate. A knowledge and interest in business Hr equality diversity and training an advantage. Excellent prospects for career progression to Account Manager Account Director. Hours 8.30 to 5.00 (1 hour for lunch) Monday to Friday. Salary range Â?14k to Â?16k 20 days paid leave. The positions are based at our Kent office on the Penshurst Place Enterprise Centre.
